I found some aspects frustrating. the shower drain was slow. It seemed blocked with hair and dirt. also, the air conditioning in the room had a stuffy smell , made the space unpleasant. these issues detracted from the overall experience despite the hotel's beautiful location.

The hotel has large gardens that are beautifully lit at night. I was greeted by a pleasant and helpful member of staff at the reception desk. I took a wonderful tour around the hotel with the front of the house manager, learning about the design concept.

The service in the restaurant needed improvement as it was very slow. I found that the cleaning was inculcated.
